Your mix

Both ingredients have complete known composition and six known sugar quantities.

A positive quantity in grams, e.g. 100 or 100.5. Omit redundant trailing decimal zeros.

Coverage is the mass share of ingredients with a known value for the component. When data is missing, a partial sum is not shown as a complete result. Water and total solids are complementary; other components may overlap, so do not sum all rows.

How to read these results

RSI covers sucrose, D-glucose, D-fructose, D-galactose (established zero only), lactose and maltose. It excludes polyols and high-intensity sweeteners. It is not a measurement of perceived sweetness or a freezing prediction.

Six KNOWN values of 0 yield an index of 0. UNKNOWN and an absent snapshot are not zero. A zero index does not mean no perceived sweetness.

The exact values returned by the model are displayed. Arithmetic precision does not imply sensory accuracy.
